Postpartum Services: Supporting You and Your Baby Holistically

Your beautiful baby has finally arrived, and you didn't know how big your heart was possible of expanding or how bright the world could look.

But with each passing day, your nipples become more tender, your B.O. becomes more pungent, and your sleep debt becomes more unbearable. Your happy estrogen hormones plummeted with birth and with that so has your mind.

Did you know that 1 in 7 women have perinatal mood or anxiety disorders?

Typically, it starts with small things that over time build up such as:  breastfeeding difficulties, not having time to fix yourself regular meals, or the stresses that build between you and your partner. It is actually quite typical for the modern mom to feel one if not many of the following symptoms:

Mood disorders go undiagnosed for thousands of moms every year, but what most mom's don't realize is how their mood profoundly affects their infant's neurodevelopment and its ability to bond whether you are breastfeeding or not. Moreover, most traditional, Western methods of addressing mood disorders aren't safe for the breastfeeding mama.

But what if there was a way for you to get the support you need... that's also safe for your baby?

That's where I come in.

I see you as a whole, beautiful person that is juggling the many plates and complicated tasks that mamas have to balance.

What we do is sit down and investigate the underlying causes of what is going on. This leads to more profound and lasting results that will serve you for the many years of parenthood to come.

We peel back the layers in all aspects of your life to holistically approach your concerns and see where your web has become tangled.

We then strategize together which gives YOU the respect, power, and intelligence that so many medical professionals unknowingly strip from you. My transformational, participatory approach puts you in the center of your own healing process and sets you up for a lifetime of success in being your own health detective
